Both in the design of our insurances and in the management of the protection we offer you on a daily basis, our main objective is to achieve your total satisfaction whenever you need us in order to file a claim.
However, in Caser Expat Insurance we are aware that at some point we may not be able to fully meet your expectations, so we have at your disposal our Policyholder Advocacy Service, where you can expose any complaint or claim that you consider appropriate to communicate, and that will be very useful for us to continue improving the quality of our service.
