Defence of the policyholder’s rights
To resolve any incident with your insurance, contact the Company, either at the addresses or telephone numbers that appear in the contractual documentation of your policy, through the office or intermediary with whom you took out the policy, or by the following means:
By internet, by filling in our online form.
By telephone, through our telephone services.
In person or by telephone, at our offices.
When there is a formal decision by the Company and you consider that your problem has not been satisfactorily resolved, CASER offers you its Insured Party Defence Service (S.D.A.), to attend to and resolve complaints and claims presented by its clients, according to the procedure established in Order ECO 734/2004, dated 11 March and in its own Operating Regulations.
