Thus, in 2008, the Caser Observatory was created, which, through surveys, publications, and events, has become a platform for knowledge, reflection, and awareness around the world of savings and investment.
In the current economic and social context, we have made it a priority to help clarify an issue of public interest: being prepared for retirement at a pivotal moment in the culture of well-being that guides Europe.

As part of the Helvetia Group (MSCI ESG Rating A), Caser is making progress within the framework of sustainability, focusing its strategy on aspects such as reducing its carbon footprint, responsible investment, and the development of sustainable products.
With its climate strategy, Caser aims to minimize its environmental impact and is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from its Scope 1 and Scope 2 operations to net zero by 2040.
The Company’s social purpose is largely driven by the Caser Foundation, a forum and meeting point whose main mission is to raise awareness and normalize issues related to dependency and disability. It offers guidance, legal support, and promotes volunteering among Caser Group employees.
The First Official Multidisciplinary Vocational Training Center in the Insurance Sector
The insurer has launched Caser Academy, its own officially accredited vocational training center, offering a comprehensive range of training programs aimed at equipping students with key competencies in the insurance business: Intermediate and Advanced vocational training courses, available both in-person and remotely, complemented by practical training within the Caser Group.
